My wife, Tricia, and I started playing World of Warcraft in September of 2009. Since then, we have done it all together, raiding, pvp, arena, and running the Auction House and wouldn't trade it for the world! We want to share our experiences, antics, and suggestions with you to make the most of your World of Warcraft experience with your special someone. Whether you are trying to convince your other half to try it out, or have been playing together for years, The Couples Guide to WoW has something for you. Our story: August 2009, Tricia was starting her next semester at college and I picked up World of Warcraft as a way to pass the time before she would be home again. Within a week I was hooked, a month later I convinced her to try it as a way to stay connected across the distance. At this point, she had introduced me to Oblivion, and I bought her first set of dice so I thought it would be a good fit. Little did I know that "good fit" would become the understatement of the millennium.
While Tricia rolled a Hunter and has loved the class from the get go, I spent about 2-3 months rolling everything up to level 20-30, deleting it, and trying something else. It wasn't until about month 4 that I discovered a resonance with my Draenei Shaman "Aerias" (Garrosh-US) in both Elemental and Restoration specs. We have been active members of 6 different guilds across 3 different servers since 2009 and have settled down in <Brutal Combat> @ Kilrogg-US.
